Your are doing a great job. I just hope you can convince some of the conservative New Orleanians (I am a New Orleans native) not to vote for McSame. I live in Dallas and have for many years and I still can't get over Katrina. Some of the folks I know and love there still don't get it - that they were abandoned and left to fend for themselves. Many in NO still believe that Bush is great because he is a "conservative" and so look the other way. It's the biggest disconnect that I've ever seen. Anyway I'll be checking in regularly. The National Guard (I can’t remember the name of that great general who took charge during the second week of Katrina mess, but we all need more soldiers like him on domestic service) performed with great probity when they finally got to New Orleans. Don’t send them to the meat-grinder of Iraq. They’ve done enough. These guys are needed at home.
